THIS APPLIES ONLY TO NON-PERSON MEMBERSHIPS
What is a NON-PERSON ENTITY? Examples of non-person entities include, but are not limited to, businesses, churches and homeowner/property owner associations.
Representatives of such entities will need to complete a Non-Person Membership Registration and Voting Document prior to the Annual Member Meeting and present it, plus supporting documentation at Registration.
Representatives will not be allowed to Register or Vote without this document or any of the required documentation indicated for each type of non-person entity.
Documentation must be notarized by a Notary Public that does not work for the Cooperative. The Non-Person Membership Registration and Voting Document will not be available at the Annual Member Meeting.
The Non-Person Membership Registration and Voting Document will be in effect solely for the purpose of voting at the Annual Member Meeting and will need to be updated on an annual basis prior to the Annual Member Meeting.
